DON'T USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY!OK, we don't live in London, but after ordering an Indesit cooker at the end of Nov.

we received one generic e-mail saying "it might be a couple of days later than expected" As we had not been told WHEN to expect it, this was worse than useless. Time went by, we e-mailed asking for a delivery date, we were left hanging on the phone, we were made false promises and lied to. When I suggested to the so-called 'manager' of our order that we had been badly treated and asked if she was going to apologise she said, "No." A week before Christmas we had still not received a delivery date, never mind a cooker! We cancelled by phone and e-mail.

We were told our money would be refunded by Jan 18th at the latest. It wasn't. We have only just got the money back (11 March) - NOT from the company but from my credit card after the case was reviewed.

Thank god I paid by credit card.Ultimate Appliances is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with in my life.
